Information we collect

We collect the information needed to respond to enquiries and fulfil business orders, such as contact name, company name, business email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, artwork approvals and correspondence. When a customer uses the portal, we may collect account details and security or activity records needed to operate the service.

We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information and login or access logs to operate the website and portal, maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking services.

How we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, manage customer accounts, prepare quotations, process and reconcile payments, manufacture and deliver goods, resolve complaints, maintain accounting records and protect our services against misuse. Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on the relevant contract, legal obligation, legitimate business interest or consent, as applicable. Marketing communications will follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Service providers and payments

We share information only as needed with production partners, delivery providers, hosting or IT service providers, payment providers and professional advisers, or when legally required. Artwork and shipping information shared with production or logistics partners is limited to what is needed for the order. Payment information is handled by the payment provider through the selected checkout method.

Card details are collected and processed directly by the payment provider. PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes (CVV). We retain transaction references and payment status for order processing and reconciliation.

International transfers, retention and security

Our international production and delivery activities may involve transferring information to the countries where relevant service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers. We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, administer the business and satisfy applicable accounting or other legal obligations.

Order and payment records are retained for 5 years. Information is hosted in Hong Kong and may be shared with production and delivery partners in China, India, Bangladesh and other countries as needed to fulfil orders. Access is restricted to authorised personnel, and approval controls are applied. We apply appropriate access restrictions and other security measures for the information we handle.

Cookies and customer rights

We use essential cookies to support account login, shopping basket functionality, language preference and website security. We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Where applicable law requires consent for optional technologies, customers can accept or refuse them through the website controls. Customers may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of their information, object to certain uses or withdraw consent, subject to applicable law and required record retention. Customers may also raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority.
