We deliver to the business recipient named in the order, including a brand office, garment factory or distribution centre. Product availability, dispatch origin and delivery method depend on the approved order. Delivery destinations and charges must be confirmed before payment.
Order fulfilment process
Our brand and ordering portals support artwork generation and approval, ordering, payments and shipment tracking. Customers order through the portal or our team. We confirm specifications, quantities, price, currency, shipping terms and delivery estimates. For prepaid orders, production starts after required payment and final approvals are received. A Portal top-up must be distinguished from payment allocated to an accepted order. Approved credit terms are documented separately.
We arrange production at the appropriate production location or with a manufacturing partner. Quality control includes review against approved specifications and samples, relevant production checks and final inspection before dispatch. Goods are packed and shipped to the confirmed recipient. Shipment records and tracking or delivery references are maintained where available. We manage customer communication and any delivery or quality claims.
Production and dispatch
Production estimates start after order acceptance, receipt of the required payment and final artwork and specification approval. If payment arrives before artwork approval, the waiting period must be added to the production estimate. Sampling, new materials, tooling and unusually large quantities may require a longer schedule, which we will confirm before accepting the order.
Indicative production times for established, approved specifications are shown below. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times.

Goods are dispatched on the day production is completed and final inspection is passed. Public holidays and local working schedules may affect production availability. Production estimates stated in days refer to working days.
Transport and receipt
The delivery method and charges are confirmed for each order. Standard transit estimates after dispatch are 1 to 2 calendar days for domestic shipments to all destinations within China, and 3 to 4 calendar days for other major countries. These are transit times, separate from production time. Sea freight and exceptional routes follow a separately agreed schedule. Tracking or shipment references are provided where available.
The estimated time from payment to receipt is any outstanding approval time, plus production, dispatch handling and transport. Customs clearance, remote destinations and public holidays can extend transit. If a material delay occurs, we will explain the revised estimate and discuss the available options with the customer.
Charges, duties and delivery problems
Shipping charges are shown in the quotation, invoice or checkout before payment. Responsibility for import duties, taxes and clearance follows the shipping terms expressly agreed for the order. Please verify the delivery address and recipient contact details. If a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact our customer service team so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.
