Terms and Conditions

Company and customer scope

The seller is PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Prime Label", "we", "us"). We supply customised garment trims, labels, RFID products and packaging to brands and authorised business buyers. These terms apply to our website and ordering portal, together with the quotation and confirmation for each order.

Orders and product approvals

An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation specifying the product, quantity, artwork, material and delivery arrangements. Production starts after required payment and final artwork and specification approval. Customers must be authorised to use their supplied logos and artwork. Changes after approval require written agreement and may affect price or timing.

Prices and payments

The quotation, invoice or checkout identifies the amount, currency, shipping charges and taxes payable to us. Separately payable import charges follow the agreed shipping terms. Available payment methods are displayed before payment. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required before production. Approved credit customers may receive payment terms of 30 days after shipment, as stated on their order or invoice.

Portal balance top-ups

Customers may pay for a specific order or top up their Portal balance. A top-up credits the customer account after payment confirmation; it does not itself submit an order or start production. The balance can be used to buy Prime Label products and cannot be transferred. Customers may request a refund of unused balance, in the first instance to the original payment method. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days.

Delivery and after-sales service

Production and receipt estimates are provided before order payment. Our Shipping Policy and our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy describe delivery and available remedies. Written order-specific agreements take priority over conflicting commercial details, subject to mandatory law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms and Conditions and orders placed with PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Card payments and all other payments for orders placed with PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are collected by PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (business registration number 77544619), with its principal business address at 6/F THE BODYNITS BLDG 3 CAMERON RD TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG.

Where an order is invoiced by our Mainland China affiliate, that affiliate is the seller and collects payment for the order, and the order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; the other provisions of these policies apply to those orders in the same way.

For orders placed with PRIME LABEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, any dispute that cannot be resolved in this way is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
